From 1988 to 2000: he carried out his professional activity at the Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Perugia under the direction of Prof. C. Dominici. Over the years, he has performed as the first operator and first/second aid in countless surgeries involving general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery and vascular surgery. Particularly focused on reconstructive surgery due to congenital malformations, trauma, burns and oncological demolitions.

From 1990 to 1995: managed the Phlebological vascular diagnostic department of the Clinica Chirurgica del Policlinico in Perugia.

From 1999: he acted as the Centro di Chirurgia Ambulatoriale Esculapio in Perugia. 
Over the years, he has held numerous training courses in Italy and abroad including: England, France, Spain, Holland, Sweden and Brazil.

Since 2008, he has been a professor at the Master of Dermatology at the University of Florence and has taught in numerous training courses for doctors in the field of plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine.
Every year, he has participated as Rapporteur at the most important national and international congresses.
He is also a scientific consultant for numerous companies in the plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine and dermatology sectors.

He is author of more than 60 publications in national and international scientific journals.
Together with Pasquale Motolese, he is also the co-author of the book "I Filler tecniche d’impianto in Medicina Estetica" (Filler Implant Techniques in Aesthetic Medicine).
